When a woman reaches her 50s it is time to change her flow of life to that of a more simpler and slower pattern.
The first half of a woman's life is dedicated to her studies, career, and her family. It is busy and fast-paced. Therefore, the second half of a woman's life should be spent more leisurely and unhurried. This gives a woman enough time to focus on her physical, mental, and emotional health. By living more relaxed and comfortably, she can find her sense of self-identity, separate from her responsibilities to her work, and her family.
