Jiang Xueqin, widely known online as “Prof. Jiang,” is a Chinese-Canadian educator, writer, and lecturer. He was born in 1976 in China, and later studied at Yale University, where he earned a degree in English literature. His international background helped shape his interest in history, politics, and education reform.
Before gaining popularity online, Jiang worked as a journalist, documentary filmmaker, and educator, and was involved in projects connected to the United Nations. He also taught in China and worked on education reform initiatives.
Jiang became widely known through his YouTube channel Predictive History, where he delivers long-form lectures on civilizations, geopolitics, philosophy, and historical patterns. His teaching style blends storytelling with strategic analysis to explain how past events may influence the future.
He also wrote the book Creative China (2014). Today, Professor Jiang is known for his thought-provoking lectures on global politics and history.
