If you're traveling to Ketchikan on the Norwegian Encore, the Norwegian Bliss, the Norwegian Joy, or another Norwegian ship, this is the port you'll dock at in Ketchikan. The Mill at Ward Cove is the place all excursions start (with shuttle bus rides) and its the largest retail store in Southeast Alaska, making it a great place to pick up a souvenir.
