Where Should Sydney's third cruise terminal be?

Sydney is at Capacity when it comes to taking a cruise ship. While not confirmed some cruise lines are taking their ships elsewhere, so the time has come to think about a third cruise terminal. Unfortunately, anywhere that is suitable within Sydney has been ruled out so our options might only be away from Sydney itself and to Newcastle to the north or Port Kembla to the South. In this video I go over what I think needs to be taken into consideration when choosing either one and which one I think would be the better option if one of these ports were ultimately selected.
