Day 3 of our Celebrity Xcel cruise had us docked in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, but we decided to keep things low-key and enjoy the ship. We spent most of the day relaxing onboard, soaking up the vibes, and taking full advantage of everything Celebrity Xcel has to offer. We did hop off the ship for about 30 minutes to stretch our legs and walk around the port area of Puerto Plata before heading back onboard.
