Cruise Food: Pizza Complimentary on Carnival Luminosa @julescruisecompanion #cruise #food

One of the standard fares within cruising is a complementary dining option of Pizza Carnival Luminosa the pizza goes from mid-morning to very late at night. Pizzas are made on a continual basis and they are made fresh. If you have any other additional dining needs such as gluten-free, just ask the attendant and they will provide you they'll take a little bit of time but they will provide you with something that is suitable for you. The whole process is just a continual making and serving of pizzas. The dough comes out, the attendant flattens them out by hand, then spreads it over the tomato base, with Napoli sauce on it. Then puts a couple of different cheeses. What the guy is making at the moment is six different pizzas. He is making I think it was three pepperonis, two Hawaiian, and one mushroom. He just continually makes them fresh. This is his standard pace, I haven't slowed this down or fastened the video up. He just continually is working over and over to make up a fresh pizza. Behind him, you can see three pizza ovens. There are just pizzas cooking in there the whole time. Once he has made up this fresh batch he will take out a batch that is already cooking. He'll allow that to cool for a portion of time as he puts this next batch of fresh pizzas into the oven to cook. The whole process probably takes around I don't know five to seven minutes to get a fresh pizza. Of course, at different times of the day, there would be a cue, where you would just have to wait your turn to get your pizza allocated to you. It's only a choice of four (five) there's also a Quattro, four cheese pizza but he didn't make that currently. You can see him loading the fresh pizzas into the oven after he took out the pizzas that had already been cooked. He will strategically cut those up and put a couple of pieces onto a plate and the people standing in line will just take whichever pizza they were particularly hoping for. Pepperoni, a mushroom, a Hawaiian, or a Quattro. It is only a thin-based pizza, so if you do like those thicker bases, well that's just not for you. It's just a little bit of additional flavour that you can put some chili sauce or chili flakes on the pizza. That was just a quick look at how the fresh pizzas are made on Carnival Luminosa.
