P&O Cruises cancelled our 3 night cruise aboard Aurora with less than 24 hours' notice. As well as a full refund for the actual cruise, they gave us a Future Cruise Credit as compensation but there’s a catch. We can’t use it on the cruise we’ve already booked... we have to book a whole new one to redeem a £167.60 credit. Is that fair?
