Lunch at The Waterfront Restaurant on the P&O Pacific Encounter

The Waterfront Restaurant, or Main Dining Room (MDR) is open for lunch on sea days only. Day 9 of our PNG adventure was a sea day so we decided to have a look at what was available as an alternative to the Pantry.
