Last night I finally tried Fine Cut Steakhouse on board the incredible Celebrity Edge… and I wasn’t sure what to expect.
For $65 USD per person including 18% Gratuity, you get a starter, a main, sides and dessert. Incredible value I would pay much more at a high end restaurant in Melbourne for the same quality.
From a perfectly prepared lobster cocktail, to pan-seared Dover sole, and a melt-in-the-mouth filet mignon with béarnaise, the meal definitely had its highlights. Throw in parmesan truffle fries, grilled asparagus, Gruyère tater tots, and a strawberry cheesecake to finish.
If you’re sailing on Celebrity Edge, this is one restaurant you’ll want to add to your list.
