Empty Queen Mary 2 sails home as a Ghost Ship. QM2 departs with just 264 passengers aboard!

Cunard's Queen Mary 2 departs Fremantle on 16 March 2020, with almost all of the passengers having left the ship (only 264 remain out of a capacity of 2,695). QM2 is sailing home to Southampton, with her crew aboard, and a "handful" of guests who can not fly have remained aboard the ship. Watch as the Queen Mary 2 makes an eerie and emotional farewell to Fremantle, Australia, and heads home as a virtual ghost ship - with only her crew aboard. Cunard has suspended operations until April 11 2020. Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria will be returning to Southampton. Queen Elizabeth's itineraries have been suspended in Australia.
