Ep 365 | Rat's Nests & Interesting Creatures, Cruising Kangaroo Island, Nutshell Nuthouse

After a wild stormy night, we leave our anchorage for the beautiful Millionaires Row before tackling the rat’s‑nest wiring running from the helm to the flybridge. This episode follows Peanut’s longest and shallowest mission yet to collect the car, plus more boat jobs as Magnus heads back to work. After a terrible night with a huge storm everything is calm again and we leave our anchorage and head towards Millionaires Row which is very beautiful. Magnus tries to follow some of the electrical cables from the helm station up to the flybridge. It’s tricky because there are cables everywhere, nothing to code and no labels. It’s a real rat’s nest! We need to collect our car which is parked quite a distance away so after mooring up at the fuel jetty at Horizon Shores Marina we head off in Peanut for her longest trip ever. We take a shortcut through the very shallow and ever-changing creeks and finally get through after quite a few false attempts! We get to see an amazing sight! Then it’s time for Magnus to go back to work whilst Wendy gets on with boat jobs on Nutshell. Thanks for tuning in.
