My final cruise of 2025 was a doozy. I sailed across the Atlantic Ocean! What a trip it was. I boarded the Carnival Mardi Gras (fresh out of dry dock) in Barcelona, Spain for a 14-day voyage ending in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Along this Journeys cruise, we visit Malaga, Spain; Cadiz, Spain; Tenerife in the Canary Islands; and Carnival’s newest private island Celebration Key. The crossing was seven sea days in a row—and I enjoyed each and every one! Oh my, what a trip it was! Oh, I Be Trippin’!!
