Embarkation Carnival Luminosa BNE International Cruise Terminal, FABULOUS @julescruisecompanion

On Carnival Luminosa, for the second time this year, this is December 26th of 2022. Let's check the embarkation process here at the Brisbane International Cruise terminal. I'm wearing my cruise scarf today the 26th of December 2022. Let's see what the next three nights on Carnival Luminosa have in store as I am about to board Carnival Luminosa. As you can see Carnival Luminosa doesn't have a traditional whale tail of a Carnival Cruise Line. Her stack does have red, white, and blue. Originally a Costa-designed boat she's a Vista/Spirit hybrid. She's actually really quite nicely decorated compared to another boat within Australian Waters at the moment in December of 2022. You can see that she doesn't have any water slides at the end there you can see the Serenity in the AFT. Arriving at the Brisbane International Cruise terminal to get onto Carnaval Luminosa, I dropped my bags off. You can see where members of the public just get dropped off by their families. Over the far side is where the drop-off area is for other bigger bus companies such as Portside or Andrews Airport parking or Murray's. Looking at the International Cruise Terminal, you have the bag drop area. If you don't have your documents there is a little stand just there where you can get your boarding pass. There is a coffee stand. People check your documentation then you go down the ropes into the main hall coming into the cruise terminal. I have my check-in documents. The crew is starting to take photos. We're going to head up the escalator if you don't want to do the escalator. There is a lift just here that you can use. My check-in is 11 30 to 12 30 and it's a little earlier than that at the moment. Being directed to wear a face mask, is absolutely fine. Jumping through the stanchions and ropes. If you do need a RAT test, there's a RAT test space over there. I have the photo with my ID from yesterday to show that I'm negative. I just wait to be called to be able to board kind of on Luminosa. After you go through your security, just keep it your boarding pass. It will be scanned again as you walk through the empty immigration Hall. Thank you When boarding, I'll go straight over to my muster station. This way is the Muster Station but the boat is facing a different direction that's why I have to walk to find our Muster Station.
