NCL Norwegian Jade Follow Up - Never Book a Guaranteed Room - Worst Pre-Cruise Customer Service!

If you watched my Norwegian Jade videos, you probably recognized that I wasn't my normal chipper self. The cruise started off on the wrong foot when I didn't get the room I booked, even though it was a "guaranteed room", I learned that guaranteed means no such thing. Bottom line, I ended up on the bottom of the ship underneath the galley (kitchen), which is not a very desirable location. Had I had a room on a higher floor, I feel like I would have went into the cruise with a better attitude and would have probably enjoyed it a little more and not been so critical. As it is, I can't turn back time, but I wanted to make this video to address the snarky comments I made throughout my Norwegian Jade series of videos. On the ship, I didn't really have any issues, except that the drink package did not include cans of water. It's funny, I can get an $8 aluminum can of beer with my package, but can't get a $4 aluminum can of water. That was my biggest complaint once on the ship, besides the room location.
