New Royal Caribbean Menus. Hit or Miss?

Royal Caribbean has been rolling out their new main dining room menus across their fleet in recent months. Recently we were aboard Anthem of the Seas and we ate in the main dining room 6 of the 7 nights. We found the the menu and its related service sped up the main dining room experience but we're not convinced there hasn't been a toll on the overall quality. What do you think?
