This video is our full tour and review of this cabin after having spent a few nights on board. Obstructed Ocean view cabins are a great way to keep the cruise cost down as they are usually cheaper than full ocean view cabins but you still get some view and natural light. On the Carnival Encounter they are generally located on Deck 8 midships which is also a great place to be on the ship.
