This was our Nassau port day onboard Disney Destiny — and we did it differently.
After our September experience in Nassau, Danielle chose to stay onboard this time, while I headed ashore solo to see whether the experience would be the same as before.

Interestingly, as a solo male traveller walking through Nassau, the experience felt very different this time — no interactions, no targeting. It raised the question of "What was so different to last time?"
Meanwhile, onboard The Disney Destiny, the day became one of exploration, trivia, deck food and unexpected entertainment.
We:
Explored the port area
Took a look at Royal Caribbean’s new private development
Enjoyed lunch on deck
Took part in multiple trivia sessions
Met Minnie onboard
Had dinner at Pride Lands
Produced our own low-budget Lion King performance at the table
The weather was overcast and grey — not the bright Nassau many expect — which made staying onboard feel like a genuinely appealing option.
This vlog also continues the conversation following our recent announcement around our trip to the Maiden Voyage of the Disney Adventure in Singapore, confirming what’s next for us.
