We found our V1 to V2 upgrade was okay, but not necessarily worth it. I would be comfortable in either category but were encouraged by the cruise line to upgrade. Specifically this suite, in category V2, 714, had some anchor noise. On our particular itinerary from Venice to Athens on Seabourn Encore, we were tendering in port several times, Vodice Croatia, Kotor Montenegro and other, so anchor noise would have been an issue had we not found ourselves up early in the morning regardless.
