Alesund Exploring the town in a day- Norwegian Cruise - P&O Aurora/ Iona/Arcadia - Port Diary

#ålesund #alesund #pandocruises #norway Join us as we explore the town of Alesund after our P & O Cruise Ship Aurora docks in this pretty town for the day. P&O Iona also visits this port regularly. We have no excursions booked so we do our own thing wandering the cobbled streets, drinking local coffee, climbing a big hill and discovering the sights and smells of the harbour area. Hopefully, it will give you an insight into the town and help you decide what to do if you are visiting Alesund. We give you details of the tourist train and hop on/hop off buses available with prices - however we decided to walk and found it a good option as the town is compact and easy to navigate. This video was shot on a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera. Photographs were taken on a Samsung A53 phone We love to travel and go on walks and days out. It is really important that we can continue to afford to do this so budgeting wisely is essential. Money is tight and so are we!
