I plan European river cruises for a living and there are a few things I never do.
This video shares what I avoid (and what I tell my clients to think twice about):
• Sailing in July/August
• Booking the cheapest cabin
• Assuming all lines include the same perks
Some lines (like Viking) charge extra for drinks, tips, and transfers. Others (like Tauck) cover everything. That’s a big deal when you’re spending thousands.
