Disney has finally brought the magic to Australia and in this video I'm taking you with me to experience the magic at sea, right here at home!
I was lucky enough to be on one of the first sailings of the Disney Wonder out of Australia. We booked a 4 night cruise from Melbourne departing on the 5th of November, with a stop in Hobart. The Inaugural Disney Australia Cruise had just happened the week before so there wasn't much information out and about so I've tried to make these vlogs as helpful as I can for those of you who are looking to book one of The Disney Magic at Sea Sailings in the near future!
Just like the last series I aimed to make these as family friendly as possible but parental guidance is recommended.

We start our morning with beignet happy hour and a tour of the french quarter lounge at 00:03:42
We managed to meet so many Characters on our second day! The 30 minute rule really helped us tick so many off! Here are the time stamps for each of the Fab 5 plus Tiana's meet and greets:
Pluto: 00:09:38
Mickey & Minnie: 00:10:51
Goofy: 00:17:27
Tiana: 00:21:50
Daisy: 00:27:04
Donald: 00:34:28
I am usually a big pin trader, so I made sure to pack my pins however a cast member advised me they havent brought pin trading back properly since covid so the only pin trading they had on board the ship was the mystery pin trading. Find it at 00:24:12
We then spent the afternoon in the Cadillac lounge attending the Mixology Class, a paid optional extra. We all thought we'd be actually making the cocktails but when we arrived they ended up being made for us. Another change that apparently happened due to covid and hasn't returned post pandemic. Find the Mixology class at 00:28:40
After drinking 5 very strong cocktails made for us by the lovely cast memebers in the Cadillac lounge we decided to go have a few more drinks on the deck and watch some movies in the Funnel. We then headed back to our room to get changed for dinner and to head to the Emperors New Game Show hosted in the D-Lounge 00:39:48. It was so random and so chaotic and Russ is so much fun!
Our rotational dining restaurant on our second night was Animators Palate 00:46:37. And boy was she so fun. I have no idea how they do what they do but I was so impressed. I wish my drawing skills were a little bit better! We were due to have another optional extra at nine thirty pm which fell right in the middle of dinner. We didn't realise at the time that they'd clash and that the show at dinner would begin at nine thirty. So we decided to miss the Tequila and Margarita tasting and try to talk to guest services and see if there was anything they could do to help us out, like move it to another day. It ended up being booked out every other day and so the cast member at guest services said he'd see what he could do. They ended up not charging us for the activity, which we were grateful for But now we know for next time.
We headed up to Deck 10 to see the new Marvel Heroes Unite Show 00:51:27 which I was told is a new offering on the Wonder. It was such a fun show but any show with fireworks is amazing in my books. Then there was a Heroes Unite Deck dance Party 00:56:28 which was such a vibe. I had the best time dancing away with all my insta pals!
As always we ended the vlog with out favourite Moment of the day 00:58:37. Thanks for joining me on this new adventure, the WDW vlogs will continue but the Embarkation day won the Instagram poll, so be sure to follow me over there to have your say!
Peace out Brussel Sprouts!
