WILD Weather hits Quebec City on HAL Volendam!

Welcome back to day two on the Holland America Volendam! Today we are in Quebec City, Canada - with an absolutely amazing view of the Chateau Frontenac! In today's video I have a walking tour booked through Viator (see link below) of old Quebec City, but the weather is threatening rain... I am prepared for all weather but doing a walking tour in pouring down rain definitely isn't ideal! Tonight is also "Dressy Night" on Holland America, and I've never been on a cruise that has a formal night before! This might sound silly to some, but I don't really know what to expect.
