We were VERY excited to finally try Izumi Hibachi on our sailing aboard Star of the Seas only for it to be extremely underwhelming? 🍱 Between the overall pace, not getting flames thrown during the cooking of our meal, to the entire meal being wayyyyy too salty and buttery (and not in a good way!) the entire experience was shockingly underwhelming for something that is on basically every Royal ship in the fleet! If you are going into a short sailing and trying to figure out which restaurants to juggle and skip I would sadly completely skip Izumi Hibachi ESPECIALLY if you have a Kobe or Benihana in your hometown and even just a local Hibachi place, I can assure you its most likely a lot better and won’t cost you $70. #royalcaribbean #staroftheseas #izumihibachi #hibachi #cruisefood
