Our DIRTY Balcony Cabin on Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas Cruise Ship - Disappointing!

Royal Caribbean is not what anyone would consider to be a luxury cruise experience, but still, for the price they charge, I think cruisers should be able to expect a certain level of cleanliness and upkeep of their ships... even their older ships. I took my sister on her first cruise on the Independence of the Seas, which was "amplified" in 2018, but it seems they did nothing to update the cabins!
