Explore Noumea On The Hop On / Hop Off Bus: Carnival Splendor Port Day

After 3 Nights/2 sea days from Sydney, the Carnival Splendor arrived at our First Port of Noumea, New Caledonia. The last time we cruised to the South Pacific 6 years ago, we stopped at Noumea. That time we booked 2 x Shore excursions off the boat and it turned into a long hectic day and we didn't get a chance to see much of Downtown Noumea itself. This time we decided to catch the Free Shuttle bus into town, and then use the Hop On/Hop Off bus to look around. We did one loop, then went for a walk around the Central town area, followed by another loop on the Hop On/Hop Off Bus. This was a much more relaxed way to look around and also a LOT cheaper.
