Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas is the world's second largest cruise ship, and one of my favorites. The Western Caribbean itinerary from Port Canaveral to Coco Cay, Cozumel, Roatan, and Costa Maya is a good one (not too many sea days) and some great snorkeling if you're into that!
