Our FIRST Holland America Cruise | Our LIKES and DISLIKES

We just tried our first Holland America Cruise and are brutally honest in our assessment. It was an Alaskan cruise onboard the Koningsdam. In this video we are going to tell you about what we loved and what we did not love. We provide very candid comments on what we liked such as BB King Lounge, the ship, and the Grand Dutch Cafe. We also give honest comments about what we didn't like such as the Buffet, the terrible internet, and no medallion like Princess. They have the BB King lounge. The Bill board and rolling stones rock room. The World stage theater is kind of a cool layout. Special things on Hal Little details like crystal glass, Carpets on elevator, Afternoon tea , Dutch influence, Split pea soup on glacier bay, What we did not love: Card key Processes/no medallion, The Buffet, Dining room lunch and brunch, The Internet was terrible, Guest Services not on Navigator app, We've traveled to over 45 countries and visited more than 70 cruise ship ports of call.
