Icon of the Seas will be the world's largest cruise ship when she launches in early 2024. At 250K gross tonnes and with the capability of carrying just shy of 10,000 people, she'll be an "icon" of all sorts. Managing that many passengers and people requires planning and forethought and Royal Caribbean used their unique neighbourhood concept from the Oasis Class to make Icon more navigable and user friendly.
