Is Enchanté worth it? Can they adapt for gluten intolerance, food allergies, or vegetarian diets? Spoiler: YES! This 6-course prix fixe menu designed by a Michelin-starred chef was the BEST food I’ve ever had at sea—elegant, creative, and absolutely delicious.

🐟 Fish: Portuguese turbot with fish bone reduction, pearl onion, cipollini onion
🍫 Sweet Bite: Hazelnut praline dark chocolate & raspberry fruit jelly
🌟 Pearl: Almond milk crème and mango compote-filled pearl with passion fruit sorbet
Enchanté’s sleek design, inspired by Lumière from Beauty and the Beast, paired with flawless service, made this experience unforgettable. If fine dining feels intimidating, don’t worry—the team explains every dish, ensuring you feel welcome and comfortable.
