Cruise Vlog Day 5 - Noumea/Tchou Tchou Train/Signal Island Snorkel w Sharks

Carnival Legend Cruise Vlog Day 5. Today was another Port Day. This time we arrived at Noumea, New Caledonia while getting ready. After quickly grabbing breakfast onboard we went through customs and jumped on the Tchou Tchou Train, which was conveniently located right next to the ship. What followed was a mad drive through the City and then to first one lookout, then another (Notre Dame Du Pacifique). The Tour guide kept up a steady stream of information about the history of Noumea and local attractions. The pace was hectic and we felt exhausted by the time we got back to the ship for a quick lunch onboard. After that, we were back outside onto a bus which took us to a charter boat heading for Signal Island. We had an awesome Reef Snorkel which saw plenty of healthy looking coral, tropical fish, sharks and a Giant Turtle (who was just hanging out on a rock underwater). Back onboard in the afternoon, we soothed our tired bodies in the Hot Tub, followed by an awesome meal in the Dining room, followed by another Amazing Stage Show.
