Our Explora I cruise review experience included a dirty balcony on arrival, and missing items such as water bottles, glasses, tote bags, and pens. We also noticed inconsistencies in service, with a couple of waiters being less than professional, and awkward communication around dining.
Pre-cruise and post-cruise customer service with Explora Journeys also raised concerns, with slow or dismissive responses despite their promise of quick turnaround.
While we enjoyed the overall service and atmosphere on board — the ship itself is stunning and most of the crew were excellent — these problems stood out.
