AD. The beautifully boutique Ennio's Hotel Southampton Ennios Hotel, Southampton, in collaboration with the team at Visit Southampton. We’ve stayed here a few times over the years and with 10 uniquely designed and named rooms (ours was a deluxe double named ‘Fortuna’), it always feels like a fresh experience. Timeless charm meets contemporary elegance here in this Victorian building, once used as a warehouse for ships docking right outside, with some of its original features from 1866 still in tact. Loved the cosy bar with a wide range of drinks, although I was a huge fan of the spicy apple and mango margaritas (you know I loved margaritas and spice soooo….), and dinner at the Italian restaurant on site was delicious. General Manager Krystoff is such a credit, along with his team. Ennios is located directly opposite the Red Funnel terminal with its ferries to the Isle of Wight, and within easy reach of the Southampton cruise terminals. I’ve got a vlog on its way with all the info (like parking, dining options, accessibility, costs, proximity to key points of interest). For now, a walkthrough of our room.
