Three ships. One unforgettable departure.
Vancouver Harbour lit up this evening as Celebrity Solstice, Noordam, and Serenade of the Seas sailed out one after the other — a coordinated exit that had everything: shimmering light, smooth maneuvers, and cinematic timing.
First out was Serenade of the Seas, slipping past Canada Place with signature Royal Caribbean elegance. Then Noordam took her turn, pulling away with a burst of afternoon sparkle on her hull and a sharp turn past the Seabus. Finally, Celebrity Solstice closed the show with a stately glide into the open harbour, her decks glowing in the golden hour.
It’s rare to get three sailaways this close together — and even rarer to have calm waters, beautiful skies, and ideal viewing conditions all at once. From seaplanes overhead to reflections on the harbour, this was peak Vancouver.
Shot from high above the Vancouver Seawall near Canada Place, this reel captures the movement, energy, and grandeur of three iconic ships heading off on their Alaska adventures. Whether you’re a cruise lover, traveler, or just a fan of relaxing ship content, this one’s for you.
