Cunard Queen Anne June 2025. Amethyst Duo, Opened Arms, a Waltz

Day 1. This was our first dance on day 1 of our much-anticipated 14 nights Ireland-Iceland-Scotland cruise from South Hampton. The band was Amethyst Duo. It was 8:25 pm. We had dinner in the Britannia after a long 10.5 hour flight from Los Angeles and 2 hour transfer from London Heathrow Airport. London is 8 hours ahead of Los Angeles. Even with Premiuim Economy seating, sleeping on the plane was ineffective. Our highlight of the day was meeting David Houston and Nora Houston at the Heathrow airport. This guy is amazing. He can find anything, song names, people names, and even us in the middle of nowhere. The reason was the advice of not to tell the world we are away from home untill we are home.
