Unfortunately, there are times when cruising is not right for everyone
It is ok not to cruise.
It is important that everyone is safe and healthy
Cruise at a different time when you are well
1 If you have a medical condition that may result in an emergency, a cruise is not going to be the safest space for you. You would not be able to get medical travel insurance and the medical centre on a cruise ship only have a limited capacity for how much they can deal with minor emergencies. If you required more support you would need to be evacuated from the ship.
2 If you have a mental health condition and you are finding you are not stable, a cruise may not be the best environment because of its capacity for limited movement. If not having any control is going to be a trigger for you, as you have no capacity to leave the ship, you should only consider cruising if your mental health is as stable as it can be. Even if you need medication to assist you.
