I have followed a carnivore diet since March 28, 2023. I have been on the carnivore diet for approximately 135-140 days.
I have a long history of going on cruises, possibly around 46 or 47 cruises.
Over the years of cruising, I have established positive relationships with cruise staff responsible for serving and preparing food.
When dining on a cruise while on a carnivore diet, I prioritize menu items with high protein and meat content.
There needs to be dietary flexibility in public spaces like cruise ships.
I try to avoid being dogmatic or overly strict about their carnivore diet in such settings.
It is important to accept the food options available in a public space without making it difficult for the staff.
There is a difference between my dietary choices from those with food allergies, I don't have any conditions that could cause severe health issues.
They believe that in public spaces, one should order what is available on the menu.
On the menu, there is a code in most environments that indicates dietary options like gluten-free or vegetarian.
Being a pure carnivore on a cruise is challenging due to the variety of food options available.
The speaker suggests that flexibility in dietary choices is necessary while cruising and that deviations are acceptable as it's a temporary situation.
They plan to return to their strict carnivore diet after the cruise and not stress about occasional deviations.
I have three cruises booked for 2023: a ten-night, a three-night, and a two-night cruise.
Stay safe and enjoy their travels.
