If you’re in the UK and you love cruises, this is huge news!
For the very first time, Disney Wish is sailing from the UK, with departures from Southampton in summer 2027.
This is not just another Disney ship coming closer to home...
I’ve just stepped off Disney Wish, after seven Disney cruises in total, and I can say this without hesitation — this is my favourite Disney ship ever.
In this video, I explain why Disney Wish is completely different from the Disney ships we’ve had in the UK before, what makes her so special, and why even experienced Disney cruisers should be paying attention. From the ship’s design and dining to the kids’ clubs, entertainment, and overall feel, the Wish is a big step up in ways most people don’t realise.
I’ll also cover why this matters so much for UK cruisers, how Disney cruising from the UK has evolved over the years, and whether Disney Wish is actually worth the hype.
If you’re thinking about a Disney cruise from the UK — or you’re just curious why everyone is talking about this ship — this is one you won’t want to miss.
