Cruise Ship Silver Shadow transits the Cape Cod Canal 9/1/25

The Silver Shadow has made her first daylight transit on the Cape Cod Canal, and a special treat for Labor Day. It was amazing to see all of the people up at the front waving. For those watching this video that were on it. I would certainly love to hear what it was like transiting the Cape Cod Canal on a massive cruise ship. She stayed at the Cape Cod Bay for a while due to a medical emergency. I’m hoping everything was alright up there. She is on her way to New York City and will be making another transit on September 3 2025 around 9:00 PM I’m guessing. She blows her horn at the beginning of the video entering the canal. Silver Shadows sister ship Silver Whisper use to transit the Cape Cod Canal until Silver Shadow took over the place. I only got to catch Silver Whisper once before she stopped transiting the Cape Cod Canal. Enjoy the video!
