This video is about:
One of the things we loved about this experience is that the wind is so minimal compared to doing the Empire State Building tour. We also loved that there was no one hurrying us around, we got to take our time. It was a cloudy day on our visit, but still a must do on your NYC visit. Don't forget to schedule your experience on "The Beam".
Standing atop the Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center in New York City is an awe-inspiring experience. As you step onto the observation deck, the city sprawls beneath you, a dazzling sea of skyscrapers, parks, and avenues stretching endlessly toward the horizon.
To the south, the unmistakable silhouette of the Empire State Building dominates the skyline, with the bustling streets of Midtown Manhattan weaving below. Further beyond, the One World Trade Center rises proudly, standing as a modern beacon over Lower Manhattan and the shimmering waters of the Hudson River.
Turning north, the vast green expanse of Central Park unfolds, an oasis of nature nestled between the towering steel and glass of the city. From this height, the park's winding paths and serene reservoirs contrast beautifully with the rigid grid of buildings surrounding it.
To the east and west, the city extends toward the horizon, with the Chrysler Building, Brooklyn Bridge, and even glimpses of the Statue of Liberty in the distance. As the sun sets, the skyline transforms—golden hues reflecting off the buildings, and as night falls, the city twinkles with millions of lights, an endless electric heartbeat.
Whether in the bright light of day, a cloudy day or under a starlit sky, the Top of the Rock offers an unparalleled panoramic view of New York City—one that captures its energy, grandeur, and magic all at once.
