Norwegian Breakaway | Mediterranean Cruise Day 1 | Barcelona, Gran Marina hotel, La Rambla and pizza

Welcome to Day 1 of our 11 day holiday on board Norwegian Cruise Line's Breakaway cruise ship! We're Bob and Moose, a couple of Disney-obsessed adventurers from Yorkshire, UK, who just love to get out and about and explore! 👀 On the cruise, we travelled to: Cannes, Livorno (Florence), Civitavecchia (Rome), Naples (Pompeii), Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca. We started and ended the trip in the stunning city of Barcelona! On Day 1, we spent a night in Barcelona at the beautiful ✨Eurostar Gran Marina hotel ✨- one of the most GORGEOUS hotels we have ever stayed at! The hotel is close to the port for cruise ship guests, just a short walk away from La Rambla and the centre of Barcelona, and not far from the city's beaches and waterfronts too. We checked in to our gorgeous hotel room (room tour included!), then headed up La Rambla to see the city, grabbed some delicious gelato 🍦, before going across the bridge and to the waterfront restaurants for dinner.
