Quantum of the Seas Sampler Cruise - Embarkation Day

This 3 night Sampler Cruise on Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas did not start off well. There was a problem with embarkation due to a computer failure, cranky staff at the terminal with no compassion for the elderly and a missing parent. Anyway after a disappointing start things picked up very quickly and we had a fantastic embarkation day overall.
