It is a job easily done in the back yard, in the shed or out the front. You don't need a garage full of tools, most likely a straight edge screwdriver is the most you will need.
You will need a container to collect waste oil, something to block the drain (low pressure side hose connection) to the reservoir and I reckon a bit of hose to extend the low pressure line you will remove, so you can direct it to your waste container.
Likely you may make a spillage so some rags to clean up any mess, your favourite engine/brake cleaner and a good hose off after the job.
I used a Penrith product but there is a myriad of other options available. Capacity of hydraulic fluid? I'd be surprised it its more than a litre. I used 3 litres to get a good flush through my hydraulic system,.
I did not show that I also turned the steering left lock and right lock to circulate fluid from the steering box back to the low pressure return line, so it too could be flushed.
Took less than 30 minutes and probably could be done quicker if you don't have a brake hydraulic booster like me, and if you had someone to help you keep the reservoir topped up.
