Take a full tour of an ambulatory accessible balcony cabin aboard the Carnival Radiance! 🚢 In this detailed room review, I walk through the layout, accessibility features, storage, bathroom setup, and balcony space—plus share my honest thoughts on what works and what doesn’t. We stayed in cabin 6351 on the Baja Mexico itinerary out of Long Beach, California, with stops in Ensenada and Catalina Island. I originally thought we were booked for a fully accessible room since I confirmed with the team many times that I was bringing my scooter. It seemed unusual how often they asked when the room I ended up in didn't really have room for it or adequate voltage (a first when cruising for me). I explain more in the video!
Whether you use mobility aids, need extra space, or are just curious about accessible cruise options, this cabin tour will help you decide if this room is right for you.

Welcome to daniellevates! The channel name is a play on the words Danielle + elevates, because this channel is all about elevating ideas about disability and rare disease through humor and adventures! Vlogs feature my adventures and include accessibility reviews. There will also be funny clips of awkward and true moments in the lives of people with disabilities and rare diseases. Since birth, I have had an extremely rare (technically undiagnosed) neuromuscular disease. Depending on how strenuous the adventure is, sometimes I use a scooter and sometimes I don’t - I simply strive to make all content as genuine as possible and to be a positive advocate for the disability and rare disease community.
