We spent a month travelling on Quark Expeditions' newest polar exploration ship, the MV Ultramarine in the Arctic and were blown away by this incredible small group luxury ship. We decided to do a full self-guided tour to bring you this Quark Ultramarine review video so you can see just what life is like onboard.
Our goal is to show you every aspect of this beautiful vessel from a passengers' perspective so you know exactly what to expect if you ever have the chance to travel on Quark Expeditions' Ultramarine.
From every different type of cabin, including the solo rooms, balcony suites and even the penthouse, we got an inside-look at every deck guests can stay on. We also dive deep into the Ambassador Theatre, the Panorama Lounge, the Balena Restaurant, the gym, the Tundra Spa and the polar boutique.
Of course one of the big draw cards is the helicopter operations on the Ultramarine. Quark has two Airbus H145 helicopters onboard the Ultramarine, allowing guests to get to never-before-accessed terrain and see the polar regions from the air. We show how it all works.
