Norwegian Jade Embarkation Day - Exploring the Ship, NCL Military Coin, and a couple Rants

Welcome to a 3 Night Spring Break Bahamas Cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Jade. We are going to Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay, which is Norwegian's private island (spoiler - it was cancelled due to weather). Norwegian Jade is a Jewel Class ship who was launched in 2006 and most recently refurbished in 2017, so it has been a bit.
This is my first time cruising with Norwegian and it did not start off good. Even before I got on the ship, my room was "upgraded" to a lower level. Then the app didn't work for me the whole trip. Finally, the "all inclusive" drink package did not include specialty coffee or water (this one is my fault for not doing research).
Today is Embarkation day, which is always the best day. I explored the ship, watched the sail away party, received a "secret" welcome packet since I am a veteran, and ended the night with an illusionist, Pablo Canovas.
