Imagine this situation; your Australian cruise onboard the "Serenade of the Seas" has been canceled (with the entire Australian season). Still, you are receiving emails from Royal Caribbean about your upcoming cruise in November 2021 that now seems to be departing from Tampa - Florida, and cruising the Caribbean.
What on earth? If this story seems familiar, it's because several people in Australia received the same email about their cruises to the Caribbean... But what's going on? Well... I will try to explain this in this video.
