OK, it's been a couple of days since any kind of exercise. I had intended on going back to Parkrun this morning but.....well, slept in too late. So, I decided to go fir another run anyway to try to beat my last time.

Also, we have decided Sunday morning is 'weigh in' day so we will be taking all weights and measurements tomorrow which will be a base for how we are progressing.
