Cunard Ocean Liner QE2 arrives in Papua New Guinea

Cunard Line's classic Ocean Liner QE2 arrives in the Port of Lae, Papua New Guinea on the 14th of February 1991. Queen Elizabeth 2 was visiting on a Cunard Cruise around the World. At the beginning of the video the gentleman in Khaki looking up at QE2 from the peir is Parnell Thomas, the American Express Tour manager many years he worked on World Cruises for Cunard Line. Later in the video QE2 can be seen departing Lae and on the Bridge wing is Captain Robin Allen Woodall RD NRR, he started his career with Cunard Line in 1960. His first command of QE2 was 1987 and his last command of QE2 was 1994.
